Venues, Cakes and Flowers Oh My!

9.04.2012

This Saturday will be a busy day of wedding planning!

TJ will finally see our wedding venue in person.

Then, we'll be rushing off to meet the cake and flower people to start generating ideas:

Sunday, we'll ba taking our flower girls to Build a Bear as our way of asking them to be a part of our special day!

Plus, we'll also be cheering on Calhoun High as they take on Dalton and the Georgia Bulldawgs in their first SEC game against Mizzou!

Take Me Out to the Ballgame

6.10.2012

One of my favorite summertime traditions is heading out to watch America's past time. Those who know me know I'm a huge Atlanta Braves fan, and this past week I was blessed to go to not only one but two games! Tuesday night, I headed out to see the Single A Rome Braves with my boyfriend's family to celebrate one of his sisters' friends birthday. We enjoyed watching the Rome Braves win from the comfort of our suite. Friday night, I was able to see one of my favorite players, John Smoltz, at the game where the franchise officially retire his number. It was a strange game, with the Braves winning on no earned runs, but it was definitely the experience of a lifetime.

What's your favorite part of summer?
